The manufacturing facility is spread over four hectares of land. It includes a twin work shed of 40m × 36m with one bay as Machine Shop and another as Structural Shop.
Power supply is supported by 440V step-down transformer of 250 KVA, along with backup power provision.
Two 5-ton EOT cranes operate across both bays. The workshop is designed for smooth heavy trailer movement and includes a separate shot blasting chamber.
An additional one hectare is allocated for storage and fabrication purposes.
The entire area is well illuminated and capable of handling approximately 200 tons of fabrication.
The open yard fabrication shop extends across two hectares and is dedicated to heavy structural works such as large diameter ducts, building structures, conveyor guarding, and more.
